In spring of 2021, Professional Electric workman came to service my HVAC and said I needed a new unit. I paid $2850.00 in August 2021 for the unit that was to be ordered. 14 months later—I still do not have this unit and cannot get any response from Professional Electric as to status. I asked for a refund since clearly this company was not going to do the job. I have not received the refund. As far as I am concerned this company has stolen my money.

Do not use this company. I paid for a new AC unit 10 months ago. They have not provided updates as to the status of the unit. As each month passed, I called and asked where my AC unit was. They said it was a supply chain issue. OK, that excuse worked the first 5 months, but enough. When I started getting firm with "Lisa" (because there is not other person to talk to and no other phone numbers listed) she would tell me that she would check on it and call back. Very unprofessional, short, and rude on the phone. If he's like that on the phone, I can only imagine what he would be like in person....
