These people are clearly violating people's rights and collection laws; especially by calling me today and not saying anything when I sail hello repeatedly, and AFTER I TOLD THEM DO NOT CALL ME AGAIN ON AUGUST 18TH, 2025!!!!! I AM NOT AND NEVER WILL ACKNOWLEDGING NOR BEING A PART OF ANY PART OF ANY CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT OTHER THAN MY OWN AND WITH THE PARTY OF WHOM I PERSONALLY ENTER INTO ANY SUCH AGREEMENT WITH PERSONALLY!!!!
Do NOT pay online- PCM will mismanage your money. When paying online, I checked which accounts I needed to pay, the website gave me the total amount for those accounts, and then the system used the money to pay whatever it wanted. My payment receipt does not match my paid accounts. When I called, the customer service rep told me it was my fault for not writing which account numbers I wanted paid EVEN THOUGH I check marked them and was never advised to use the comment box.
