She was very nice and listened to all I had to say.
She was amazing and deserves a raise for dealing with how confused I was!!! Very sweet and didn’t get frustrated with my confusion and didn’t make me feel less than for not understanding things!
Leah was amazingly helpful. Explained why I was not notified, provided as much information she could and provided me with the information I needed to resolve. I truly wish all customer service reps were as helpful and kind as Leah was.
