Leah resolved my issue
Rude hateful short arrogant unprofessional. All they want to do is get an account and report it to the credit bureau and forget it. Nonreal collection attempt. No trying to actually communicate with people and collect in a reasonable manner.

Well, you guys are Frauds. Ya’ll get a bill from the hospital never contact me then serve me with papers. And when I try contacting you, you don’t answer. Well guess what, I spoke to about and it’s their fault because one part didn’t share my insurance with the NICU. My insurance and the hospital both know about the situation and will both be calling you.
