I don't give 1-star reviews easily but this one was well-earned. The company performed below reasonable expectations in cost, speed, effectiveness, and service. Cost: Their basic service, which is already quite expensive, gives them 4 days to make the first attempt. Normal speed, like making the first attempt within 24 hours, is called "priority" service and costs a lot more. I obliged and paid the extra amount, expecting to get some sense of urgency in return.
