I’m still waiting for their call. Went on 2023 to make my husband 2022 taxes, I leave all our documents, invoices, expenses tickets, etc. They should file an extension and call me back. I’ve been calling to get our papers back and they didn’t found them. Even went to the office 1-2 times. They lost them. Now I can’t file that year.
Roger does a good job, however he is arrogant and acts like he is making me a favor or his job is free.
If you don’t answer the phone that mean you’re losing business and if you don’t open at the time you post your business hours your also losing business
This will be my 3rd Year going here, and Roger does a great job in preparing our tax return, and files it electronically , and ready to be sent out, or he will send it out that same day, Highly recommend
