We have spent between $600 and $1000 per year with this company and the service has never been stellar, but this takes the cake! We placed an order for personalized scrubs and when they arrived, one name was misspelled. When contacted, VAC stated that they confirmed the spelling and it was our fault. The person placing the order is close friends with the misspelled employee; she was in her wedding for pete's sake! She knows how her name is spelled!
