Samantha took my case right away and guided me through my third attempt at applying for Social Security disability benefits. Her and Diego always answered my questions in a way that I could understand and I was actually approved months ahead of the projected time frame that SS gave me. 5 stars, no notes!
They claim to contact you within 24hrs of filling application. I have placed application AND call them leaving a VM; it's been 1 WEEK they have NEVER contacted me back or even replied to email! SSDI matters are time sensitive and URGENT for applicants, if these ppl can't even reply back for simple review of your case; means, if u hire them, your case will never get worked on. Do not recommend at all.
