We found Professional Accounting and Tax Preparation, Inc. in 1993. Ms. Jeana helped us with tax paperwork during a difficult time of moving from another state, having a baby, a new job, and more. She was upfront, honest, and very professional with our questions and made sure we understood everything before signing off on any form. We have made appointments with Ms. Jeana's business for 32 years and will continue to do so. We trust her.

Harold Murphy (my dad) is 91yo. The lady that owns this business' an (EA) not a CPA "Jeana Spears" has prepared Mom & Dads taxes for years. In 2021 the taxes were prepared for 2020 but to our knowledge they were never filed by Jeana. The prepared tax docs say they were electronically filed but according to the IRS they were not....My father (Harold) tried reaching out to Jeana many times and many ways.
