We dropped all of our original paperwork off with them and they filed an extension for 2024. they have apparently lost everything after trying to say we never dropped anything off.. except that we have signed paperwork from when we dropped everything off and and their communication is awful. No matter how much I call they always say they’ll call back. Here we are. Please do something. We need to file.
Seems very knowledgeable during conversations how very poor communication and followup. Would not recommend based on our last 2 years of business. Seemed like another transaction. Last year we owed but saved a little after challenging the initial evaluation and had to fight to understand why, where we were asked for additional basic info to supply documentation to save. They Gave advice for this year to help and said to reach out when we made a certain transaction that causes our primay loss where there was no response until... read more
