Sidney and his team are hands down the most down to earth, ethical, and professional people. He is always up to date on the latest laws and legal implications regarding taxes, because he teaches it! There are years where I will complete my and my wife's simple tax returns (a few years at a time) and whenever I come back to him to do them and make sure I didn't mess something up, he is always helpful and reassures me that I'm ok. I’ve been using Sidney for several years now and he is prompt and responsive. This year I submitted all my tax documentation into an online portal and he had it completed within only a few hours and had it ready to efile (this was in January for reference). Even during the busiest of tax season Sidney has taken the time to answer my questions and made me feel informed. I also love the online portal allowing me to do everything from my house.
I have been using this company for several years and everything was great up until last year and I was very disappointed with the outcome. I dropped my tax information off at the end of March, they informed me they need to file an extension, which I was fine with, I understand. I gave them a month before I reached out for an update on my taxes. I was told Sidney was out of the office that they would call me back when he gets in.
