It seems that the customer service agents that attempted to assist me was unsure about the company policies or as to how my bill was put into collections and how I’d be able to address it. She seemed pretty frazzled and ultimately was not very helpful besides telling me to send in a dispute letter.
You guys won't answer the phone! So can't pay you! Haven't received the appropriate paperwork either. You guys suck
You guys are one of the worst businesses I have dealt with. You guys have failed to mail me my “debt collections” in the mail, I’ve been on hold multiple times for 15-20 minutes trying to reach an “agent” so until then. You will not be getting any money from me and I will be filling a complaint against this “LLC”
