I plead with anyone reading this to avoid this company at all costs! We purchased a washing machine on TikTok could not track order but still waited patiently yesterday we received a broken washing machine broken parts and no fuse in plug and immediately refused delivery and sent it away with dodgey delivery men. I just contacted ProductPond UK to get an update on an order I placed. Got to speak with a gent who was courteous, professional and transparent about what was causing the slight delay.
