Unbelievable. So I am a trucker. I had a load from CA to this place. First off the shipper overloaded me, even though I told them I was heavy. I spent 8 hours there because load was not ready. I then spent the entire 3200 mile trip strapping and restrapping the load because of rain the entire way. No of tgis is their fault...and I have pics and videos attached. I’ve been a truck driver in the U.S. for over 12 years, and this place was by far the most humiliating and disrespectful experience I’ve ever encountered. The radio communication system was a complete joke — unresponsive, rude, and downright hostile. Just saying “hi” gets you treated like you’ve insulted them personally. The staff act like you’re beneath them and go out of their way to make you feel unwelcome.
