Update: I contacted them to file my 2021 taxes. I had brief communication and then was ghosted for months despite calling and emailing. I had to find another accountant to help me. Extremely unprofessional. They helped me start up my small business, explained all of my tax options, and made the process so much less stressful! Highly recommend if you need any tax help!
