Had a bike for 1 year did not come with working battery took about 2 months to get an replace the battery. Now currently having battery issues with the bike still under warranty. Over the past 2 weeks I have called and have left messages 5 times. Only if they would contact me back on my claim that I filed almost a month ago. My Phantom 400 has been out of commission since July. I called and they kept promising me a new battery then finally around November they said they have the part to fix the battery. I sent the battery and they kept pushing it because the technicians are still working on it. 2 weeks ago, I called and they said they're doing some testing, to my surprise, I called again today to ask for a shipping information and they still have it? Dont answer phones or respond to emails haveing issues with battery switch cant get any response this is my 2nd bike from them 1st bike had no issues with tech or the bike. Apparently they dont care anymore. Will be my last purchase them
Such a shame, there was once upon a time where they would answer the phone, I’ve owned a phantom 500 V7 folding bike and now I have a damaged rim, and they basically vanished of the surface of the planet, I had faith in my bike, but seeing as I cannot even buy parts for it anymore I suppose maybe I should just part ways with it, loved my bike but no one to stand by it.
I’m trying to get a hold of this company for the past couple months they never answer their phone!!! they never respond to voice messages!!! They don’t respond to messages online..and I’m having issues submitting online so many issues contacting this company..stay far away!! Buyer beware go somewhere else!!
