You can't beat the customer service at ProCycles. John, the owner, is super knowledgeable and helpful. We've been taking my wife's bike there for a few years for repairs. I purchased by first new bike in 16 years this week. He found me the perfect bike that I can ride on the road and the trails. He spent 30 minutes showing me the best way to change the tires too. You can't get that type of service anywhere else. You'll always get an honest answer and fair price. No shop compares to ProCycles.
