Worst proctoring service I’ve ever used. All agents are non-native English speakers who don’t know how to help and then will quit your exam so that you have to reschedule.
Worst proctoring service I’ve ever used. All agents are non-native English speakers who don’t know how to help and then will quit your exam so that you have to reschedule.
Every encounter with this service has been slow and buggy, but gets the job done. I do get to take my required tests on this platform, so it fulfills the base function of its purpose. However, reading the terms and conditions, it seems unnecessarily long and tries to verify its own eligibility. It seems there was an update, and since then, it appears to have fixed a lot of the prior issues(which I concur with a few topics of the Chrome Store Review, the 'Cautionary Tale').
Found a babysitter and blocked time off for my 3 hr exam. I had a marker board (which is allowed and listed as an allowed item for my exam) and my proctor kept telling me it was not a marker board even after I drew and erased on it x2. Then told me I had 5 min to find another board. I said I guess I’ll have to take test without one even though a whole section of my exam is math.
