We have been trying to get specific information on the status of our flood insurance claim for months. Letters, phone calls and emails go unanswered or they ask for forms and information that they already have. It is deliberate or incompetence?
Stay away from Proctor! Our house burned 150 days ago and its a total loss. They are trying to give us only $92,000 to replace a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home, when the policy is for over $266,000. We have not been able to even start the process. Like the other reviews it seems they are stalling and don't care that we have been homeless.
