This is the worst bank I've ever worked with. I go by a nickname, not my legal name, and often have checks written to my nickname as I go by it professionally. I discussed this with the bank numerous times and with the manager directly over the past several months as check after check has been refused because of this. The manager assured me it wouldn't be a problem, but it keeps happening. Today they accepted a check and deposited it in our account only to later remove it from the account over this name issue again. I'm done... read more
