Business Owners please google this business before signing up with them. As of 1-4-12 They have a BBB rating of F. I wish I had. Dont go by what their sales reps tell you. They have hidden and undisclosed fees. Sales rep told me the sign up contract was for 2 years. Turned out it was a recurring contract every 2 years. This was undisclosed by the rep. I had to pay an early termination fee of \$250 after being with the company over 3 years. I asked the sales rep if there was an annual fee and he said no. 4 months later was ch... read more
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! There are hidden fees everywhere! Rates and fees constantly go up and come out of nowhere. These fees are automatically drafted from your account and no one answers or returns customer service calls. I was told that if my account was closed for any reason, I would have to pay a penalty. I waited until within 30 days of my automatic renewal (which I do not like and found out that it is a 2-yr renewal and not a 1-yr) thinking that I would not have a termination fee. \$250 was drafted out of my account.... read more
This is the worst merchant service I have ever used. We waited over 6 days and still have not had our funds released. Apparently, we were supposed to fax a copy of our invoice to them to verify the transaction. We have never in 3 years had to send a credit card company a copy of our invoices. Multiple calls and no results have forced me to share this experience. When I have asked for the supervisor, I get the run around and was told that the supervisor was not there. I love this company!! I cannot say enough about the exceptional customer service, and the one-on-one attention I receive from my personal Representative. I would advise anyone who accepts Visa/MasterCard as payment to give them a call.
