I hired Dean to locate someone 2 weeks ago. He told me he would be able to get back to me in a day. I followed up 2 times later only to hear back once asking for more time. I emailed and called him 4 times later again asking more questions, waiting for him to locate the person and serve them. I left an voicemail stating that I don't feel good as a customer and that I just want to hear back whether he can do it or not so I can hire another company. Mr Dean DeVito did go above and beyond of what he should do for me. He did a courtesy check and let me know via an detailed email that I have the wrong information about where should I serve the the corporation ( court adviser gave me the wrong information. But he did do his research ). And all this was done before he did charge me a penny and not knowing that I am a client or not. I highly recommend Mr Dean DeVito. And I assume here is the place that I can thank him too. THANK YOU.

Second time using Process2Serve, LLC and it went great. Dean was on top of things as usual. Served the papers when he said he would. Easy process from beginning to end. Highly recommend

Dean was very helpful with a difficult LLC substitute service case involving a registered agent UPS mailbox. Communication was sometimes delayed, but he ultimately made sure the service was completed before the deadline and kept the case moving. I appreciate the effort and professionalism in getting this done.
