Extremely frustrating experience. I hired PSA on Tuesday and actually called BEFORE paying because I wanted the first attempt made within a day or two and asked if I should pay for rush service. I was specifically told not to bother because standard includes a first attempt within 72 hours and they usually get to Chandler within about 48. I hired Process Server Associates of Arizona and paid $125 for routine service, which advertised 4 attempts with the first attempt within 72 hours. I provided detailed times and locations to help complete service promptly, but communication quickly became a major issue. Aside from two automated emails confirming unsuccessful attempts, none of my emails or repeated phone calls were returned. Disappointed with the service. The initial email response was prompt and professional, but once payment was collected, communication stopped completely; no returned emails and no callbacks for updates. It took over 72 hours for the first attempt at service, followed by another five days before a second attempt, even after I was informed the individual was out of state. Spoke to Michael on Thursday afternoon to serve a divorce summon to my ex wife and by the following Monday the summon was served, I like how fast and easy the whole process was. Michael is very professional and understood my concerns, I highly recommend their services.

Excellent service and very knowledgeable about the legal process for a proper serve. I needed my ex served papers for divorce however he travels and hard to pin down.
