Customer service was rude. They use third-party vendors that are very unreliable. They canceled multiple doctors appointments because they never show up. Absolutely awful service.

Very disappointed never make it on time for my husband appointment.
Called to ask verification of driver and if their driver provides ID when they pick you up. I was told their drivers do not need to provide ID. The customer service person was rude and condescending. How do I know person who is driving me 4 hours is even the right person? If you use this company I would do SERIOUS inquiries before just hoping in a vehicle with them. They are rude and very unprofessional.
