we have been around for 50 years and a long time Procare user for 22 years. We are looking elsewhere due to billing issues, declines of TE parent payments that we were never notified of, no response for past 4 weeks, 2.5 hours hold wait time, no email back, indifference, and high fees for ZERO customer support. We are a small children's charity and cannot afford to have tens of thousands of dollars just disappear, all the while showing completed processing on the ledger.
