I cannot say enough about Pro Care Rehab in Green Brook!! Stephen and his entire staff from the minute you walk through the door make you feel calm and welcome and such a comfortable environment. I completed rehab on a torn rotator cuff (decided to try rehab instead of surgery) and Stephen was tremendous….. no surgery needed! Everyone was very professional and very quite clean environment…… unlike many that are crowded and overwhelming. Very friendly staff and helpful; great team at the Green Brook location. Stephen is awesome, he listens, can accommodate schedules. Privately owned yet they take all insurances. I highly recommend to anyone.
TLDR: the individual PT’s were great, but the system they were operating within at ProCare resulted in only addressing my general pain but was not specific enough to correct the problems that caused my injury. Highly recommended to address pain, but not recommended if you expect to fully address the root cause of the injury. More details below. My experience here was amazing. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The facility is clean and has a very accessible.
I was diagnosed with polyneuropathy in both of my feet and legs. I was prescribed physical therapy and I wasn't sure where to go as the places listed by my doctor were too far away. My sister had both hips replaced and she mentioned ProCare and said check them out they are opening places all over. So I found ProCare in Greenbrook right on RT 22 The head certified physical therapist is very down to earth and explains each exercise and always there to answer any questions.
