Absolutely predatory lending! I had called for an advance on my dad's estate. I was told I could get $15,000. Once it was said and done, paperwork signed and all I was only e er given $5,000. I was told the other $10,000 would be made available AFTER I pay back the $15,000 plus the amount charged for the loan. Now the agent I worked with. His name is Adam by the way, refuses to give me an amount that will satisfy the loan. It's only being disclosed to the executor of the estate and/or the attorney for the estate!
