I was injured on the job in 2025. I went to ProActive (PA) and waited HOURS! They put me on restrictions which my job wouldn't accommodate which is fine because I was in pain anyway. Next visit in August, the doctor said I shouldn't be in "that much pain" although my blood pressure was high. Eventually, I saw a specialist and my restrictions were modified, I returned to work (September) on limited terms and I was given therapy. Went here two times for work authorizations and everything went smoothly. Also went here one time for my GF for prior work authorization and everything was handled well too.
They don't answer phone calls and appointment times are worst. They never answer my calls. If health providers don't answer or return calls, it is bad
