Try to avoid coming here at all cost. I have waited 1hr past my appointment "every appointment" just to wait nearly another hour in a gyno room for a follow up on my shoulder just to have the Doc call me rude for asking questions place is a joke try to transfer care elsewhere if you are taking your health at all serious.
Always crowded and long wait except to be there for hours! Staff is friendly!
Horrible Place words can describe how horrendous this place is took them 2 hours to call me to a room to wait another hour
I'll be fair about this review. The staff was very nice and efficient, once I got in there. The first time I went over there they told me the doctor was there but they didn't say they were busy and when I got there they were PACKED. So I just left and tried to make an appointment at both the Lancaster and Palmdale offices and both places gave me a run around about making an appointment. The doctor is NOT always there so if you need to see an actual doctor to have them sign your forms you need to ask them what time and day th... read more
