This place has very nice staff at every level they do really well on massages and everything else
Called several times to reschedule an appointment because my car broke down and I would be late. Finally got hold of someone to be told it would be fine come in as soon as I could. Only to walk all the way there and be told I couldn't be seen and to find another location closer which was extremely rude considering I had not said anything at this point. Not the first time I've had issues here with receptionist. Just all around wouldn't recommend the galway location.
Don't delay book an online non emergency medical appointment today at Proactive Wellness (Galway), they are a one stop shop for all things medical. I happened upon this medical centre and their team in May. I highly recommend this medical centre and their team. I won't go anywhere else now. The admin staff are friendly, helpful, they return emails/phone calls in a timely manner and they always have a smile on their faces.
