Sometimes it can be a little hard to get through on the phone but I cannot give less than 5 stars based on the care I have recieved from Dr. Grenning. He is incredibly caring, supportive, and truly listens to you. I could not ask for a better doctor and I will follow him to any clinic. The staff have also been very kind and helpful to me, and the facility is lovely.

My appointments were good but if you try to speak to someone about a concern once you leave, totally impossible to speak to anyone. There isn’t any way to speak to a receptionist or leave a message! Now I’m left 5 1/2 months wondering about a prescription!! Really not good enough.

Called several times to reschedule an appointment because my car broke down and I would be late. Finally got hold of someone to be told it would be fine come in as soon as I could. Only to walk all the way there and be told I couldn't be seen and to find another location closer which was extremely rude considering I had not said anything at this point. Not the first time I've had issues here with receptionist. Just all around wouldn't recommend the galway location.
