I visited Lally’s office in Scottsdale. It was both an educational and wonderful experience at the same time. She explained the many benefits of the massage therapy in great detail but in a way that made sense to me. The main take away I had was that it isn’t just a pleasant experience to get a massage from her, but that it actually helps with overall physical and mental health. She said everyone including athletes, the young and the old, can benefit from this type of massage. I highly recommend her services.
If you are looking for relaxation and healing this is the place to go, such a knowledgeable therapist! Best massage I have ever had to relive my chronic pain and headaches.
