I appreciated that Leanne actually listened to me and addressed my concerns setting up a plan that worked to help my issue.
Proactive has worked with me on several issues that I have been dealing with. They go above and beyond when treating their clients. They get to know you and your situation so they can give you a treatment personalized to your specific needs. They explain the process and how to incorporate it in your daily life. I would highly recommend Proactive to anyone needing physical therapy.
This place is great. They have helped myself and two other members of my family. We are regaining strength and alleviating pain. We feel that they truly care about each of us a people not just clients.
I love the therapist and her knowledge. She is doing what needs to be done.
