Hello , I would like to say thank you to physiotherapist Jay Patel . I came in with ongoing neck pain and stiffness. After a few sessions, especially with the dry needling, I felt a big improvement. He explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable. Highly recommend!
I tore my rectus femoris muscle in my quad about a month and a half ago, and since the injury I have been consistently seeing Jay Patel at Proactive Physiotherapy and just had my last appointment today! He was awesome and I felt better and better after each appointment. Would definitely recommend.
