Had been facing severe knee pain for several years and after going to 2 different physio previously, neither of them were able to get to the root cause of the pain despite spending endless hours and exercises. Jaydeep was able to diagnose the problem in the first visit and his needling experience was really helpful to ease the pain right away. His exercise recommendations are really helpful in my situation as well. Highly recommend Jaydeep for anyone with IT band pain in their knees.
