I had a wonderful experience at Proactive Physiotherapy. The entire team is friendly, professional, welcoming, and genuinely caring. Everyone takes the time to listen, explain the treatment clearly, and make sure you feel comfortable throughout the process. The staff are knowledgeable and dedicated, and I really appreciate the personalized attention and support they provide. The clinic has a great atmosphere, and I always felt well taken care of.

Very professional and clean. A family owned business of Asian/Indian origin, very friendly and courteous. They also had the lowest price (plus Blue Cross direct billing) for shockwave therapy in Edmonton and my achilles is feeling much better after my four sessions and the therapist did not try to sell me on more sessions. I highly recommend them.
