I have been to two other practices prior to Proactive ridgefield. The whole team has been incredibly kind, understanding, and most of all have helped me heal from my injuries. Highly recommend all of their Therapist. Every person on the team is lovely and so knowledgeable.

I was a patient at ProActive Physical Therapy for a couple of years and always felt supported and cared for by everyone there. Lainey, Bryce, Lex and Bobby were all amazing and made my time there such a positive experience. I’m so grateful for everything they did for me over the years and all the help they gave me along the way. I would definitely recommend ProActive to anyone needing physical therapy!

I had a very positive experience. From my first phone call, the receptionist was welcoming, kind, and professional. The physical therapists and support staff were equally great —everyone was friendly, attentive, and made me feel comfortable and well cared for. I really appreciated how professional and compassionate the entire team was. I would definitely recommend them to others!
