Proactive is everything they advertise. The people there are amazing and they have done an excellent job with helping me recover, I highly recommend this practice.
Dr. Brandon is a very knowledgeable interventionist. He doesn’t do anything you do not need done. Plus he is just a great guy all around. I’ve gotten great care from his whole staff for my post college sport knee pain. He worked with me in getting insoles and they have really made a difference. I have seen and felt change. Brandon also has taken great care of my whole family. Nothing bad to say about this man and his practice. He even has individual training sessions.
I can definitely recommend ProActive if you want to maximize you physical capabilities. Brandon and Karina took me from just being functional to a level where I could do things not possible prior to going through their programs at ProActive. I have better mobility and flexibility, posture and functional strength to mention a few. As an older individual I can now enjoy doing activities that were very limited before going through the ProActive programs.
I began at Proactive Physical Therapy and Wellness due to being diagnosed with osteopenia. I met with Brandon, who did a thorough evaluation, and he recommended I work with Karina. Karina is amazing! She challenges me in a healthy way to ensure I am improving my bone density. I love my weekly sessions with Karina, am grateful for her knowledge, and feel stronger each day. .
