Sally seems nice, but like other reviewers we also paid in advance for an appt, then decided to cancel it after we saw a pattern of lack of responsiveness. Insurance paperwork has never been submitted or provided to us (with multiple reminders), emails were largely ignored, phone calls not returned. It's been well over a month now since we asked for a refund for services never provided, and multiple emails and phone calls have been completely ignored. We have given up. Very poor customer service.
