Dave Moore was extremely helpful. He understood my disability and suggested the vehicle that was perfect for me. They arranged for delivery to our hotel in Banff and picked it up at our hotel in Calgary. Everything went perfectly and the scooter he gave me made my adventure awesome. I highly recommend this business and had a very good experience dealing with these people. Service shops are NOT created equal (as the "competitor's" rudeness was unlike anything I've experienced). Proactive has excellent customer service with no "surprises". Very clear, concise and organized right from first contact with the personable gal on reception. This service was so awesome!! My husband injured himself before our trip, and we needed a wheelchair for him. I found Proactive Health and Wellness Mobility Solutions online and they had great reviews, so I gave them a try. I am so glad I did! Making arrangements with them was super simple, and communications were great!
