I recently rented a knee scooter from Proactive Health and Wellness for 8 weeks after ankle replacement surgery. The scooter was delivered right when I needed it, and picked up when it was convenient for me as well. I dealt with both Dave and Kim, and they were both completely professional, patient with my questions and very friendly. The scooter was exactly what I needed to get around my house and the neighbourhood. I will recommend Proactive Health to any friends and family who are facing mobility issues!

Great service, I rented a lightweight wheelchair for my mum who wanted to visit heritage park. Delivery and pickup was swift and at time convenient for me. I also liked the fact, I was asked a series of questions to verify if the wheelchair I asked for was appropriate for my mum. Appreciate the service and will definitely patronize next time.
Delivery was seamless. The scooter is amazing. It’s got speed control turns on a dime and lasted all day at my event. Pick up was also stainless. They dropped off and picked up at my event centre and it was amazing. Highly recommend.
Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience. The mobility scooter broke within minutes of following the instructional YouTube video provided. One of the small power prongs bent during disassembly with very minimal force. it would be difficult for an elderly person to bend this component intentionally unless it was already quite fragile.
