I received excellent service from Kim at Proactive health when I recently broke my foot and rented a knee scooter. Kim reached out to me right away and had the scooter delivered right to my house. The drop off and pick up of rentals is so appreciated when mobility is suddenly limited. Thank you for the great service!
Great service, got a scooter that worked for my size and made my life easier to get around for four weeks. Picked up scooter exactly on time. Would recommend their service to anyone.

Absolutely fantastic company. Arranged the scooter hire while still in UK and they were very efficient. I managed to lose the scooter key and they arranged to meet us to give me a replacement that same evening (Saturday!). I had been so upset but they made everything ok. Brought it to the airport and collected from the airport and were just so incredibly nice. 100% recommend these guys and will definitely use when I return to Canada ❤️❤️❤️
Was so very happy with the friendly professional service. Delivered scooter to our front door and returned a week later to pickup. The scooter was in excellent condition and we never had any problems with it. Was very easy to run and easy to dismantle to transport due to the great instructions from Dave. Will definitely be using this same company again.
