Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience. The mobility scooter broke within minutes of following the instructional YouTube video provided. One of the small power prongs bent during disassembly with very minimal force. it would be difficult for an elderly person to bend this component intentionally unless it was already quite fragile.
