Great place for PT, very nice building and very nice staff. Exercises and treatment were very helpful.
I am so impressed by ProActive Care PT. My first call was answered by a real person who was kind and helpful rather than an automated voice recording. It’s a “small shop” experience rather than an impersonal “big box” mill of a facility, but it doesn’t lack in equipment or quality of care. Karly was excellent and listened to my overall health and fitness goals on top of addressing my underlying issue. Matt is also very helpful and patient. You will be in great hands here.
In a world where customer service leaves a lot to be desired, Proactive PT in Bohemia far surpasses excellence. This business is exceptionally clean and the professionals are knowledgeable & caring. My infant was seen for torticollis by Mary & Colleen. They were willing to work symbiotically with my pediatrician. I started going to ProActive for PT several months ago. As a person who's received PT from a dozen places over the years, this is the best place by far! They give 30 minutes of individual treatment before doing exercises. No where else I've been to does individual care for that long... I definitely have so much improvement. I also like that not only have they been focusing on the immediate issue of my pain (patella maltracking), but have taken time to show me how to stand properly to fix my posture due to my hyper extension.... read more
I have been going for an ankle injury for several weeks. Proactive is a clean facility where the therapists take their time with the patients. Hands on massages/manipulation and one on one exercises for the 30 minute block of your appointment and then you do your exercise plan solo in the gym afterwards. Very pleased with the quality of care. Highly recommend!
