Dory is an excellent Yoga teacher one of the best teachers I ever had! Her class is fun and easy to follow, yet getting the full benefit of Yoga practice. I always enjoy this sacred practice of union of my body, mind and my soul at Pro Yoga with Dory. It must be experienced by yourself to know the experience. ♥️
Love love love,Dory is a goft to me,she knows yoga by her heart and she is soooo humble ,she acts like she is an ordinary yoga instructor but trust me she is NOT, she is a gem, like her name ,if anyone wants to find their inside treasure.
