exactly what was described. they are perfect
Referring to the 16x20 heat press I purchased: Seems to be a great workhorse machine. I would only complain that cheap hardware is used to assemble the machine. It is not a cheap purchase, I would prefer good sturdy hardware be used with lock washers & strong screws & bolts. It came with tiny washers, screws & bolts loose in the box rattling around and had to be put back together.
