The doctor was very thorough. He compared my prescription from another doctor in town to his and his was a lot better for my vision. The frames were a bit pricey but I was ok with it due to the fact I wanted something higher end. I bought 2 pairs the first was ready in 4 hours and the 2nd took a week to to the fact that I wanted the lenses tinted. The customer service was great and I returned to get a new exam done for my daughter. Her glasses were ready just as quick and we will definitely recommend

First and last time buying glasses from this place. Initially, I was told 7 to 10 business days for my glasses to be ready; IT TOOK 4 WEEKS. They blamed the delay on the package containing my order being lost. They need a new business manager and one who can keep his word.

Brianna was very nice to help me decide which glasses look best. Took 5 days for my glasses lense to come in and finish.. And pick up. They do offer same day pick up if they have your prescription available.

The hours are restrictive if you work during normal business hours. The only day of the week you can end up going here is Saturday and they close at 2:30, hours before anyone else in the mall.
