Basic quality eyewear at affordable prices.They do not have the government assisted testing available so I have that and a prescription "from others" with me.They do have competent staff for a good fit and adjustments,damage repair is free.Fast turn around time from order to pickup.
It's hard to find the right words to express my gratitude to Carly and her staff, in making a highly unusual request come to fruition.A radical solution was devised, pursued and, very successfully, brought to life. My glasses may be 'one-of-a-kind', but, thankfully, they now exist. Forever grateful!
All the Trail BC staff are great but the young man is exceptional. Very knowledgeable, excellent customer service and just a really nice person. Plus love my new specs!!
