Poor service; I brought in a tool for repair and explained that it was under warranty and the would have to work with the OEM to replace the broken parts. They had a 4 week back log and I had to continuously follow-up to make sure they were working on it. It has now been over 6 months and they have not been able to obtain the parts and repair the tool.
