Trying to help a client with a medical condition to connect his phone. We had tried every avenue possible. Pro tek spent almost 30 minutes trying to sort out for as at no cost. Wondeful serviceThank you you
He replaced my phone battery , but damaged the phone mic while on speaker mode and he simply denied to accept that, even after showing him the video on YouTube that it’s commonly gets damaged while replacing a battery.
Went to get my screen fixed and upon returning the phone to me I can't get any reception even in my own house they clearly haven't connected something properly and its extremely annoying, however i took it back today and received a service free of charge and its working perfectly. I think he is a very Nice man who is honest and straight to the point, I went with a broken device that wouldn't charge and instead of him charging anyway for him to try and fix something he couldn't he was honest and said "I won't take your money it is highly unlikely I can do this so I suggest replacing the device it's self" we saved 100 dollars that day and wasn't charged by him
doesn't know what screen protector fits what phone, pulled original off ensuring me it was all good and had to return twice as it fell off within 2 minutes
