We have been a customer for almost 4 years but no longer. We chose the company because our builder used them to wire our TV outlets and we had them put in surround sound, install our TV' and install an alarm system. The installation went well but over time, as occasional system issues would arise we found them somewhat difficult to communicate with, experiencing calls that were not answered, voice mail box that was full and when it was possible to leave a message it was not uncommon not to recieved a call back. Buyer beware! We would not recommend dealing with this company. They installed several things in our new home, which still have issues, but we gave up trying to get it fixed. Also, when it comes to home security. Find another company. We didn't realize that the system might not have been working 100% until we took the panel off! Why? There was no call from their monitoring office that there was no power to the panel, which makes us wonder if our house was ever monitored.
