I was unsure if to go Pro-Tax Services and I wish I would have trusted my gut. I have sent them my sensitive information with no response!!!! I called to follow up and the receptionist said she received my email and will print all my documents to make sure Hilda receives everything. I sent ANOTHER follow up email....no response!
