The ladies there were very rude. The one that filed my taxes was even worse. She didn't listen to me about my children on my taxes. I questioned her several times while I was getting so much money. She reassured me not to worry about anything. She sends it off it gets flagged and then she tries to tell me it's my fault. Told me that she does not owe me my money back. Our taxes were rushed through and not correct which caused a delay. When calling to speak with the office they were beyond dismissive and rude. If cheap and crappy service is for you then this is your place!
Pro Tax was very helpful and knowledgeable about taxes. Jessica helped us come up with a game plan to plan for a better next year out come! I like she took her time and helped us figure out the best way to file our taxes for this year. I know we have found our accountant. We have had our taxes done by Joann for the last 20 yrs. Her granddaughter takes care of us now. Very informative and upfront! We wouldn’t have anyone else do our taxes! Love these ladies!
