Terrible experience… can’t get ahold of anybody. It’s says their open but for the second time in mid day they are completely closed
This has been a terrible experience. We were assured that our tax filing had been submitted after signing, but according to the IRS website, it was never filed. We've made numerous attempts to contact them—calling repeatedly, leaving messages, sending multiple emails, and even reaching out via Facebook—but have received no response. We strongly advise against using their services. If I can do zero star, I would.
