Pro Solution debt collector is unprofessional. First, of all it was very difficult trying reach out to setup a payment plan, left many messages and emails. Thought it took me several months to finally get a hold of a phone number and an email to setup my payments. After the first month of my payment was processed and paid for, the following month I try to make a payment again the following month. Tried to foreclose my office for a $31 balance, but HOA said my balance is zero at the moment. What they do is illegal, or they do not know what they are doing, to say the least.
