I visited for boot pressing and was pleased to have both boots pressed within about a hour and after an all day session I can say it substantially improved my riding! I no longer had any pain on that lateral point halfway back on my foot. These guys are great and will take the time to listen to your issues and feedback in order to get the job done just right. I just had the most amazing day at snoqualmie thanks to Pro Ski.
Great shop, everyone there is very friendly and informative. Love this place! I thought my snowboard was done it started to peel in half and delam. I asked if they could fix it and they said no, but we have a guy that can. His name is Carsten and all I can say is wow! I mean this guy is a straight up magician. Not only is this guy good, it was done quick and very reasonably priced. They just got a costumer for life for sure! Thanks again!
I went to heat mold my ski boots. Connor was super patience with me and super knowledgeable!
Fast and friendly rental service - we walked in without a reservation and had equipment 15 minutes later.
Terrible customer service! I will rent at the mnt. next time. I have to say the guy that helped me rent my skis was awesome he was the adult there..The return process was really weird 4 to 5 employees chatting away and completely ignored me trying to return my skis. I guess just a different generation of kids at their first job.
