Unbelievable service from Chad and Brian. Broke a backpack buckle walking the PCT. Called for the buckle, and just so happen, Brian was driving through Snoqualmie. Dropped the buckle off. Incredibly helpful.
I have been going to this shop for a couple years now. Each time, I am satisfied and impressed with their service. Based off my needs, they recommended skis that I've been loving since I got them. When I started to get pain in my boots, Mike made it comfortable and cozy again within 10 mins. Most recently, when I broke my ski edge on a rock, Carsten did an amazing job repairing it and I couldn't be happier. The staff cares about their customers and their craft.
I just bought a pair of ski boots with Chad! He asked questions about my skiing, measured my feet, looked at my feet, ankles and calves and even observed my arches in motion! Based off his measurements, observations and knowledge of Pro Skis boots he brought me two to compare. It’s a fantastic shop with real, knowledgeable, hardcore skiers staffing it. It’s a great place to get your boots fitted and get stoked at the same time.
