Bruce responded every time I reached out to him and calmed my nerves when I doubted the person would get served in time. He was persistent in reaching the person being served and accomplished the goal 2 days earlier than the deadline! I was a bit nervous due to the 1 star reviews but I'm happy with the choice I made and had to share! Bruce knows what he's doing and I recommend him.
