My jeep's transmission went out at 4:30 a.m.. After i got it towed to mu mechanic, I went to Farm Bureau in Abingdon Virginia, Jamea Blevins is my representative. I had to have a vehicle, due to time to get my jeep repaired. She recommended highly Pro-Rental cars. Even though my insurance DID NOT COVER RENTAL, for mechanical issue's, i called. Great Service and offer pick up and drop off of their vehicles. Now, this is definitely not your Enterprise or Avis Rental by far and really comes across as a shady establishment and they offer cars that are far from spotless and prestine like their competitors. They do offer a variety of cars for those in need of a rental or insurance claim / situation, but don't go in expecting a 5 Star vehicle.
I had a tremendous experience with Pro Rent A Car, they went beyond my expectations with my issue and I would certainly use them again.
The very best car rental business in the Tri Cities, the staff was very helpful and accomadating.
Exceptional customer service, quick turn around to have a vehicle ready for us. My son is in TN for the summer, they took such good care of him. Highly recommend them.
